By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read this thoroughly before placing an order.GENERAL

♥︎ I, the artist, LazyJanine, reserve the right to decline any commission that is outside my expertise.
♥︎ I will only accept commissions from people of legal age. Any OCs must be 18+. No underage characters allowed.
♥︎ I will provide regular periodical updates from rough sketch, final sketch, final line art, flat colors, and rendering.
♥︎ PLEASE COMMUNICATE. Communication is extremely important. This is to ensure your commission is completed smoothly and delivered properly with the highest quality. I cannot keep the queue waiting if you do not respond.
♥︎ Your OCs must be your own.PAYMENT & FEES
♥︎ All payments will be upfront through the agreed platforms.
♥︎ PayPal, Stripe, and Venmo are accepted! I will send you an invoice and payment will be in USD only.
♥︎ You may pay half or full price before I start sketching. If you do decide to pay in half, please let me know and you may pay the second half after the line art is approved. Your order is non refundable.
♥︎ If you would like to place your order on hold, I will put you on a waitlist until you are ready.
♥︎ A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my portfolio.NSFW ADDITIONS & INFO
♥︎ If you would like to include a NSFW variation of your commission, a 30% fee will apply. This is only if you would like SFW and NSFW.
♥︎ For references, please do not send your own physical references. I will only ask for pose references. If you do not have any in mind, please be descriptive.Revisions
♥︎ Revisions will only be allowed during the sketch stage for SKEB commissions.
♥︎ for custom commissions, you will have only 5 free revisions in total, one revisions per stage(rough sketch, final sketch, line art, flat color, and render). Any additional revision will cost $10 each.
♥︎ Please be specific on what you want, I will not make changes once commission is finished. Only exception would be some color changes. Heavy references would be appreciated. Do not be vague about what you want!DEADLINE & DELIVERY
♥︎ Estimated time frame is usually 1-5 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order and queue. Earliest would be 5 days, for orders that are not so complicated. Extremely complicated commissions might take 2 months.

♥︎ If you wish to skip the queue and have priority, the fee will be $20. You will have to state that in the request forms that you would like a rushed fee.USE

I, the artist, LazyJanine, reserve all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
I may use the artwork to:

♥︎ Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Exceptions:
♥︎ If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
♥︎ Use the artwork for personal purposes only(unless commercial rights are purchased).
♥︎ Print the art for yourself.
♥︎ Share my post to your social media via story and/or repost with credit.
You may not:
♥︎ Use my artwork commercially without permission.
♥︎ Repost my artwork without credit.
♥︎ Commission art/services using my artwork/designs.
♥︎ Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me. Crediting my work in name without tagging @lazyjanine does not count as full credit.
♥︎ Remove signatures/watermarks.
♥︎ Resell or redistribute the artwork.
♥︎ Modify the artwork without my consent.
♥︎ Use artwork purchased for personal use in streaming projects.REFUNDS
♥︎ Refunds are applicable before line art process.
♥︎ If I, under any circumstance, cannot complete your commission, you will receive a partial refund.
♥︎ NO REFUNDS FOR SKEB COMMMISSIONS, given you understand what SKEB commissions entail.
♥︎ CHARGEBACKS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Failure to abide by this rule, you will forfeit your rights to use the artwork, be placed in a public blacklist with evidence, allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit, and result in a formal complaint against you.BLACKLIST POLICY
♥︎ **If you break any terms above, the service may be terminated and no refunds will be issued.
♥︎ Breaking these rules will result in a permanent public blacklist, with evidence. The blacklist will be shared among other artists.COMMUNICATIONS
♥︎ If you do not respond within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the commission as is. This will automatically count as SKEB due to lack of communication.
♥︎ Any ill mannered behavior will result in the termination or your request immediately. There will be no refunds.I will definitely keep communicating with you throughout the whole process. Do not hesitate to message me if you feel like you need to ask for an update. I respond fairly quick, at least less than 24 hours.FINAL AGREEMENT
